I had a lovely stay! The extra duvets made the cold nights cozy, and the room was clean and modern with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, a perfect start to each day!

Incredibly tiny elevator!!! It’s a nightmare if you have luggage or are on a higher floor. Additionally, the noise from other rooms and the street made relaxing nearly impossible!!!

staying at soft was quite nice! the hotel is within walking distance to gare de l’est and republic metro station, making it super convenient for getting around. the standard double room was small but clean, and it looked just like the photos. the staff were incredibly polite and always happy to help. overall, it felt like a solid experience.

The location is a major win, just a short stroll from the picturesque Canal Saint-Martin, bustling Grands Boulevards, and the vibrant Place de la Republique. Plus, they were very accommodating regarding our special needs son's autism support dog, which made our stay more comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, a bit more room would be better for families. The room felt cramped, making it tricky to move around comfortably with all our luggage and the dog.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the metro and major stations. Staff were really friendly and even helped with our bags. The breakfast was simple but tasty! The only catch was the rooms were pretty small, which made it a bit tight for us.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially being just a short walk from both Gare du Nord and the beautiful Canal St Martin, which made my city strolls so convenient and enjoyable. the vicinity also offered a variety of charming cafés and restaurants to unwind after a day of exploring.

I had a fantastic five-night stay here, enjoying the cozy, warm room and the reliable WiFi connection. There was a great lounge area to relax in and a lovely breakfast setup that made mornings so much better. The only drawback was the need for some safety features in the shower, but it’s definitely worth a visit for anyone looking for a comfortable stay! 😊
